2.) Can you please send me a sample of your products? Yes, any available samples is available in our 'Samples' category. Simply add a sample to your cart and as an added bonus, samples ship for free.
3.) It has been four days since I placed my order. I ordered on Thursday, it is now Monday. Why hasn't my order shipped yet and/or when will my order ship? Please keep in mind that we are closed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday). Shipment is also contingent on stock availability. If your order has not shipped same or next day on a business day, this generally means an item is out of stock. All items out of stock is generally restocked within 2 business days so this would be the rare occasion where your order may not ship until our restock arrives. 99% orders ship same day if ordered by 9am EST.
4.) What carrier is used for shipment or how will my order ship? Based on your shipping option selection at checkout, your order will ship via USPS or Fedex. Our Standard shipping option will ship the most cost effective way (usually USPS but depending on package weight, it may ship UPS). The carrier used will be included in the shipping notification email with tracking.
5.) I ordered on Wednesday, it is now Thursday. Why hasn't my order shipped? 99% of the time, orders ship same or next day however there may be a 1 to 2 day delay during times of extreme high order volume, special closings such as holidays, or out of stock items.
6.) Do you accept international orders? Yes, we accept international orders worldwide with 3 ordering options. 1) directly through our shopping cart, 2) using the International Checkout shopping cart button, and 3) on Amazon. With International Checkout, more shipping and payment options are available and transit times are shorter so we have partnered with them to make the international shipping experience better for our customers. 7.) Do you ship everyday? No, we do not. While our online store is open 24/7, we do take some time off to enjoy with our family. We are closed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays. Throughout the year, there may be other announced closings, i.e. closing for inventory, vacation, promotional road trips etc. Any special closings will be posted at least a week prior to the closing and will remain posted until we re-open.
8.) Which holidays are you closed? Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Years, 4th of July, Labor Day, Memorial Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Birthday. Orders do not ship on these days.
9.) Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses? Yes, we do ship to APO/FPO addresses. International Checkout is not required for APO/FPO addresses as long as U.S. is selected as the country. Fedex doe snot ship to PO Boxes or AFO/FPO addresses. Any orders received with an PO Box or APO/FPO address will automatically ship by USPS despite the shipping method chosen at checkout.
