If, after receiving your purchase you are not satisfied, you can return the item(s) for a refund. Our Return Policy Below are a few guidelines for our return policy: We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing or transit damage within 30 days of purchase. Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives. If your package arrives damaged,  please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Fulfillment mistakes by us resulting in the receipt of an incorrect item(s) will be accepted for return within 30 days of purchase. Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives. If your package arrives with something missing or the incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Returns due to an error made by the customer, ie. providing incorrect or incomplete address information, refusal of or an unclaimed package, will be subject to a 20% restock fee to help cover cost for used shipping supplies, etc. Restock fees may be waived at our discretion. Shipping cost utilized to ship an order initially is non-refundable with the following exception: Packages returned due to an error made by Gro-aut Solutions are entitled to a full refund. Shipping cost paid to return products is non-refundable. For track keeping purposes, WE DO NOT RE-SHIP RETURNS. All returns are processed per our return policy. To receive merchandise that has been returned, please re-order. The actual shipping cost paid by Gro-aut Solutions to ship an item or order with a free shipping offer (where no shipping cost was paid) is non-refundable and will be deducted from the order total paid. For example, a sample that cost $2 with free shipping, if $1.92 was paid by Gro-aut Solutions to ship, then the refund for the return is 8 cents, not $2. Return Instructions 1. Before returning an item you will need to contact us (e-mail, mail or phone) for a return authorization and shipping instructions. 2. We will only refund items that are returned within 30 days of original purchase date. 3. Please include your order number with all returns. This will help us to know who and how to refund the payment to. 5. You will be refunded by the same method that payment was made.  Returns Processing Returns are processed within 30 days of receipt. We check our box 1 to 2 times weekly therefore please allow 7 to 10 days for us to receive your return after mailing it to us. Feel free to contact us to find out the status of your return, if it has been received, and/or an estimate date of processing. An email notification will be sent when a return has been processed and/or refund submitted.
