My card was declined but I was still charged. Why?

When a card is declined, the card issuer places a temporary hold on the funds to pay the merchant however because the card failed, the temporary hold placed by the cardholding bank will automatically reverse when the bank releases the hold. Although it appears that we have charged your account when a card is declined, we have not actually. It is the card holding bank that has a temporary hold on the funds that they will automatically reverse usually within 3 business days. Learn more about how card processing works.

How soon can I expect to receive my order?

We ship fast! Orders will ship the next business day for in-stock items if ordered by 3pm EST. All orders received after 3pm EST will ship within 2 business days. Domestic orders generally arrive to the delivery address within 1 to 5 business days after shipment. International orders generally arrive within 10 to 14 business days after shipment. Tracking details are provided at the time of shipment to the email address on the account so that you can track your package from our doors to yours.

Do you ship worldwide and how much does it cost?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Rates offered are actual rates by the shipping carrier based on the weight of the package and the destination. To obtain shipping rates, add the desired items to the shopping cart to determine the weight of your package and then proceed to the checkout page where rates will be displayed based on the package weight and your shipping address. Actual shipping rates by the carrier does not include any applicable custom duty fees unless indicated otherwise.
